This week we will have the ghosts, goblins, and ghouls traipsing about.

All that happens at Mary Immaculate and Saint Rose: all the youth ministry, Bible studies, the school, PSR; ministry to the nursing homes, hospitals, and homebound; all of it happens because of the joyful stewardship of the people who belong to the parish.

This weekend on Sunday, October 13, John Henry Cardinal Newman will be declared a saint of the Roman Catholic Church.

This past weekend I spent a good bit of time celebrating the gifts to us from the past.
